Description

Lead project management and business analysis initiatives for capital markets systems, translating high-level goals into detailed requirements and managing delivery from planning through testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements, documenting them in BRDs, user stories, and process workflows.
• Manage project planning, test strategy, and test estimation while coordinating with product owners, application owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct gap assessments and risk evaluations to identify business problems and opportunities.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational and business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and project management within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of F2B processes including trading, corporate actions, settlements, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira for project and test management.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Qlikview.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and documentation.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodology and its application in project delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large financial institutions (e.g., JPMC, Morgan Stanley, GS, Charles Schwab, BoFA, UBS).
• Familiarity with GenAI applications like Co-Pilot.
