Description

You will lead the Knowledge Management System (KMS) project for a public sector client, driving delivery through all lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the KMS project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and scope.
• Conduct interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Analysts from 20+ existing client systems to extract and synthesize information.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain quality standards.
• Allocate resources and mentor team members to meet project objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading complex projects.
• Proven experience in business analysis and gathering requirements from diverse sources.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Knowledge of KM systems.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP certification.
• Public sector or consulting background.
