Description

You will manage and lead mid-to-large scale projects within financial institutions, ensuring delivery of agreed objectives across Front Office, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance, maintaining project lists, organizing follow-up meetings, and distributing minutes.
• Drive delivery of remediation initiatives with clear communication of goals, risks, and progress.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure process and risk awareness throughout project execution.
• Lead UAT testing coordination, tracking, and reporting.
• Assist in end-to-end resolution of platform issues using business analysis skills.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of professional experience in project management or product development.
• Deep knowledge of Global Market activities, including trade processing flows and settlement processes for Cash Equities, Listed Options, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
• Expertise in Treasury Cash, Treasury Repos workflows, central clearing processes, and financial regulations.
• Strong experience in business analysis, including business requirements, process flows, procedures, and GAP analysis.
• Proficiency with trade flows (front to back) and post-trade activities.
• Expertise in using JIRA, structuring test packs, and managing issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of collateral management processes.
