Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within capital markets and wealth management. Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle to drive solution design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, elaboration, and documentation efforts to define clear problem statements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and testers to ensure solution alignment.
• Analyze and refine business processes to support testing automation and operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple competing priorities independently while contributing to broader team deliverables.
• Communicate complex technical and business information clearly to all project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.
• Deep domain expertise in Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
• Hands-on experience with Fraud and Database (DB) domains.
• Proven ability in structured requirements analysis and process improvement.
• Strong capability to assimilate disparate information into coherent solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

• Degree in any field.
