You will lead complex software development and digital transformation projects from conception to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Define technical approaches and recommend optimal solutions for complex problem statements.
• Oversee the delivery of large-scale, highly available, and secure distributed systems.
• Ensure software products meet stability, performance, and accessibility compliance standards.
• Communicate project status and technical requirements clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• At least 5 years of experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience managing software development and digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience delivering high-quality, low-latency distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Oil and Gas domain.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification.
