Description

You manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving residential entertainment services, home service applications, and connected home devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee validation, integration, testing, and deployment of new residential technologies across network, device, and application environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, operations, product, and business groups.
• Support operational functions, including incident, change, release, and problem management.
• Develop and maintain service performance KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring tools to improve reliability.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and proactively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects involving software, device integration, or residential network services.
• Understanding of residential service ecosystems (entertainment, home service applications, connected home devices).
• Knowledge of operational support processes (incident/change/release/problem management).
• Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
