Description

Lead capacity planning, network integration, and enterprise service evolution for national-scale infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecast-driven capacity expansion and hardware lifecycle refresh to support new installations and enterprise upgrades.
• Manage validation, design development, and integration testing of enterprise services in lab and production environments.
• Drive IT/OSS integration to enable a single operational view and streamline provisioning across regional networks.
• Harmonize national wireline enterprise services and expand offerings into new territories while lowering CAPEX/OPEX.
• Oversee network-to-network interconnect builds and evaluate orchestration models to streamline service provisioning.

Required Skills

• 10-15+ years of project management experience in telecommunications or large-scale network environments.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, enterprise VPNs, QoS, and redundancy models.
• Proven ability to manage scope, risk, and financials (CAPEX/OPEX) for multi-region programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of OSS integration and service architecture documentation.
• Ability to design and implement reporting systems for national enterprise network operations.
• Experience with network simplification and cost-optimization initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with next-generation enterprise VPN and QoS integration.
• Background in evaluating domain controller vs. direct configuration orchestration models.
