Description

Manage Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and technical delivery throughout the software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to lead requirements elicitation and application architecture definition.
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code deliverables for specific modules.
• Lead validation for all testing types and manage support activities during implementation, transition, and warranty phases.
• Own multiple skill workstreams simultaneously to ensure consistent deflection and readiness impact.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proficiency in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting, development, or implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or equivalent progressive experience.
• Power Platform expertise including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agent.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Ability to perform data-driven trend analysis to identify product improvement and support readiness opportunities.
