Project Manager

You will lead project delivery by organizing activities into manageable work efforts and ensuring alignment with established project plans.

Responsibilities

• Organize project activities into work efforts and determine effective approaches to meet project plan objectives.
• Coordinate work efforts with cross-functional teams, including asset managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee the release planning process, including defining schedules, coordinating resources, and managing deployments.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Work with the Digital Technology PMO to ensure adherence to governance standards and alignment with digital initiatives.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Advanced proficiency in coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in Project Management software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder business needs into project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
• Agile Scrum Master Certification.
