Responsibilities
- Organize project activities into work efforts and determine effective approaches to meet project plan objectives.
- Coordinate work efforts with cross-functional teams, including asset managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee the release planning process, including defining schedules, coordinating resources, and managing deployments.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Work with the Digital Technology PMO to ensure adherence to governance standards and alignment with digital initiatives.
Required Skills
- 14+ years of professional experience in project management.
- Advanced proficiency in coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in Project Management software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate stakeholder business needs into project requirements.
Preferred Skills
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
- Agile Scrum Master Certification.
