Description

Lead IT project lifecycles for healthcare and billing system migrations, coordinating end-to-end delivery, resource planning, and cross-functional execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, defining delivery approaches, resource requirements, and workstream dependencies.
• Document process flows, functional requirements, technical user stories, and process maps to guide development teams.
• Develop detailed project schedules, integrating them into broader release cycles to resolve resource conflicts.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate project status, risks, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage specifications, supporting product implementation and launch.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience mapping business processes, gathering requirements, and writing technical documentation.
• 6+ years of experience in business applications and systems solution delivery.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical/functional requirements and traceability.
• Proven experience in project management and collaboration within iterative environments.
• Expertise in healthcare domains, including claims, provider reimbursements, and clinical/provider portals.
• Strong background in Healthcare Insurance/Benefits administration, covering enrollment and vendor partner integration.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, TFS, and Visio.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
