Description

Lead end-to-end change management initiatives for Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps for ERP projects.
• Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to drive communication and alignment.
• Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in across business, IT, and leadership teams.
• Conduct training needs analysis, oversee training delivery, and track adoption metrics.
• Integrate change activities into the project lifecycle, identifying risks and ensuring governance compliance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on change management.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong knowledge of change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Jira for project tracking.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Prosci Change Management Certification.
• Experience with digital transformation or organizational transformation projects.
