Description

You manage commercial construction projects from initiation through closeout. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Oversee reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Maintain communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Support risk management, change orders, and project controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven Project Management experience.
• Any Graduate education.
