Description

You will manage complex IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with Federal standards and state resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed project schedules across 10 workstreams, maintaining integration with state resources.
• Set up and maintain predecessor/successor tasks and milestones within the schedule.
• Ensure project schedules meet all Federal standards and submit weekly resource leveling reports.
• Calculate CPI, SPI, and BEI, and manage project contract deliverables and artifact submissions.
• Provide overall project management support, including risk and issue management for on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience managing multiple schedules.
• 3+ years working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle.
• 2+ years experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• 2+ years experience working with State Governments.
• PMP certification.
• PMI Project Scheduler certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Healthcare Information Exchange, EDI, or Healthcare Industry experience.
