Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• Hands-on expertise with IVR platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco CVP, Nuance, etc.)
• Experience in telecom, contact center, or customer support technologies
• Strong understanding of call routing, speech recognition, and IVR call flows
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise projects
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
🔹 Nice to Have:
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
• Experience in banking/financial services
• Exposure to cloud contact center platforms like AWS Connect
