Description

You will lead technology delivery, coordinating routines to support the execution of projects and initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Communicate work objectives and manage project risks across technical and business teams.
• Ensure compliance to established standards and provide end-to-end visibility into all deliverables.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to bridge communication gaps between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Manage change controls and tollgates throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Delivery Lead, Project Management, PMO, or Change Management.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Expertise in Project/Program Management and Change Management.
• Experience with Jira for tracking and workflow management.
• Familiarity with Java development environments.
• Demonstrated experience in risk and audit procedures.
• Strong ability to merge gaps between business requirements and technical execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visio and Sharepoint.
