Description

You will manage large, complex ERP programs from planning through delivery, owning governance across all workstreams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own program planning, delivery, and governance for all workstreams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Oversee system integrators and vendors while driving SAP module integration.
• Lead testing, cutover, and go-live readiness with executive reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years leading large ERP programs.
• Experience leading at least one full S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to manage global, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with FI/CO, FPSL, TRM, BPC, and GRC modules.
• Expertise in ERP programs management.
