Description

You will manage large-scale enterprise projects for telecom and contact center technologies. You will own the delivery of IVR platforms and ensure alignment with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for IVR and contact center solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders to define requirements for call routing and speech recognition systems.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to drive project delivery.
• Oversee integration with IVR platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco CVP, or Nuance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Hands-on expertise with IVR platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco CVP, Nuance).
• Strong understanding of call routing, speech recognition, and IVR call flows.
• Experience in telecom, contact center, or customer support technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Exposure to cloud contact center platforms like AWS Connect.
