Description

Lead process optimization and digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing and engineering operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map and improve workflows using Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to define technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop data insights using Power BI or Alteryx to support decision-making.
• Build low-code solutions using Mendix to replace manual processes and implement automation.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, data analysis, and digital tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx for data structuring and visualization.
• Experience with low-code platforms, specifically Mendix.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automation, standardization, and workflow optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Local to Charlotte area and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
