Description

You will lead technical program management for infrastructure and application migrations, ensuring seamless site separation and technology cutover.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated project planning and execution for complex migration initiatives.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, and change management processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams.
• Oversee business readiness, hypercare planning, and transition to operations.
• Produce executive reporting and maintain project visibility using industry-standard tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum Master methodologies in a migration context.
• Proven track record in ERP, infrastructure, and application migration projects.
• Ability to manage dependency tracking and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
