Lead software development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering resource allocation, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with frontend and backend teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, department leadership, Product Directors, and development teams.
• Manage project documentation, including specifications, requirements, and change requests.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in delivery.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in project management roles focused on software development.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies and development processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing project schedules, resources, and risks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage project performance metrics and report on project status.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills to influence outcomes across all organizational levels.
