Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations and complex Oracle Applications projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, effort estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Define and track project plans, milestones, and engagement profitability.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, and ERP IT teams to support operations.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes and documentation.
• Lead diverse teams to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically managing Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Proven track record of managing 2-3 end-to-end Oracle EBS to Fusion migration projects.
• Experience delivering complex projects using Oracle methodologies.
• Extensive experience working within a consultancy or systems integrator environment.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Oracle EBS and Fusion ERP project implementation.
• PMP, ITIL, or PRINCE2 certification.

• PMP certification.
