Description

You will manage end-to-end RPA projects and lead Scrum teams to successful delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of RPA projects from initiation to delivery.
• Remove team impediments by identifying and engaging the right personnel.
• Guide the team and organization on decision-making and conflict resolution within the Scrum framework.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prepare the product backlog for upcoming sprints.
• Execute project estimation, planning, and change management while managing stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven experience handling RPA projects.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle.
• Expertise in estimation and planning for software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to create practical and reliable software development plans.
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills for client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope and deliver products on time.

• Any Graduate degree.
