You will own the end-to-end management of projects across multiple departments, aligning business objectives with execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Align business vision and objectives with projects across multiple departments.
• Own project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Establish and manage project/program governance frameworks.
• Prepare and present progress updates, issue logs, and budget reports to Steering Committees.
• Facilitate communication between leadership and project teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management (non-technical domain).
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management training.
• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Management and Insurance industry operations.
• Proven experience in Consulting/Business Development with project management expertise.
• Background as a Healthcare Business Analyst.
• Expertise in problem management and resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to analyze and visualize data, extract actionable insights, and share across teams.
