Description

You will manage engineering initiatives and oversee project delivery lifecycles.

You will track, report, and analyze team productivity against assigned tasks, owning daily and weekly status reporting for client teams and project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Remove delivery roadblocks through coordination with client, vendor, and onsite teams.
• Sync with account management to track activities for billing, onboarding, and invoicing.
• Establish engineering policies, standards, and security measures to ensure consistent operations.
• Support recruitment, interviews, and continuous learning and development initiatives.
• Implement new technologies and tools to improve delivery quality and speed.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working across different time zones and with direct client exposure.
• Proven ability to manage team deliverables and resource onboarding/offboarding.
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholder and vendor relationships.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Aha.io tool.
