Description

You will manage the implementation of the Digital and Forensic Evidence Management (DFEM) system for the Chesterfield County Circuit Court Clerk Office and associated law enforcement and judicial entities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DFEM solution implementation to support law enforcement, legal, and judicial operational procedures.
• Identify risks, pitfalls in program approach, or issues in solution design as the county advocate.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget while managing program execution.
• Collaborate with IST project sponsors and the Project Management Office to maintain governance integrity.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification from PMI is mandatory; no substitutes will be accepted.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing medium complexity and medium risk projects.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and coordination.
• Ability to work remotely with a requirement to be onsite in Chesterfield, VA, for seven days on the county's schedule.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Digital and Forensic Evidence Management systems.
