Description

You will coordinate working groups across platform implementation, metadata management, and data storage solutions. You own the project lifecycle from planning through delivery in a life sciences or bioinformatics environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Facilitate meetings, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Establish effective communication frameworks among stakeholders and teams.
• Provide consistent status reporting to leadership and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into structured, actionable project plans.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Confluence.
• Exposure to analytics platforms such as Databricks.
• Experience with platform integration tools like Code Ocean.
• Familiarity with R&D or scientific environments.
