Description

Manage technical programs from design through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track program progress regarding cost, budget, and schedule.
• Manage cross-platform and functional dependencies using a structured communication plan.
• Monitor milestones for design reviews, environment readiness, change requests, security readiness, and DR execution.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports while managing fixed bid engagements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Expertise in MS Project (MPP) and ADO.
• Experience managing design, build, and release deployment milestones.
• Ability to drive alignment and sign-offs using Lucid.
• Proven track record of managing project risks and dependencies.

• Any Graduate degree.
