Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Data and AI/ML initiatives from initiation to closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for data engineering and AI/ML projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution.
• Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for Data Engineering, Data Science, and ML Engineering teams.
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure milestone delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including project charters, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years managing Data, AI/ML, or Analytics projects.
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Strong experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Technical understanding of the ML lifecycle and data platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product functions.

Preferred Skills

• PMI, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and DataOps workflows.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams.
