Description

Manage complex, concurrent customer projects and coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Business Support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams across Product, Professional Services, Engineering, and Business Support.
• Execute projects using defined planning and organizational methods.
• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently to ensure timely delivery.
• Apply Scrum methodology to drive project progress and remove blockers.
• Utilize Jira for project tracking, reporting, and team coordination.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager.
• Proven expertise in Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency using Jira for project management and tracking.
• Experience managing projects at Associate Director or Director level.
• Strong capabilities in coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
