You will manage People and Culture project initiatives, ensuring governance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers for People and Culture initiatives.
• Create and manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, and status reports.
• Track tasks, actions, and deadlines across multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support requirements gathering and process mapping with stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting projects or managing PMO activities, ideally in HR, organizational transformation, or technology programs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and working in iterative environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure governance compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HR or People & Culture domains.
• Background in organizational transformation projects.
