Description

You will lead end-to-end innovation and commercialization processes for physical products within the food and beverage industry.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile rituals including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Manage project timelines and product development schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve operational, organizational, or resource-related impediments.
• Track agile metrics such as CSat, maturity, and team capacity to report progress.
• Align cross-functional members across R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven experience with physical product innovation and packaging projects.
• Direct experience aligning with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in building timelines for projects involving high uncertainty and frequent changes.
• Experience managing product backlogs and refining high-impact initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting test-and-learn innovation cycles and commercialization processes.
