Description

You will manage IT infrastructure projects focused on hardware and software deployments in Chicago, IL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure projects involving network, compute, and storage components.
• Manage hardware and software upgrade lifecycles from planning to deployment.
• Direct project workflows using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Oversee project delivery within the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record managing IT infrastructure projects (network, compute, storage).
• Experience executing hardware and software upgrades.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working within ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
