Description

You will lead and manage large, complex projects within a matrixed organization, owning the full delivery lifecycle from planning to execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual and distributed project teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations to meet aggressive timelines.
• Identify risks and issues early, addressing them on a timely basis to maintain project momentum.
• Communicate and present progress to all levels of leadership, including senior management, with clear written and verbal updates.
• Hold team members accountable for deliverables and quality standards in a complex environment with conflicting priorities.
• Serve as a mentor and leader, driving decision-making and taking initiative to resolve blockers quickly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience leading large, complex projects in a matrixed organization.
• Expertise in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile-based PM tools, specifically Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
• Proven client management and customer-service oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow for IT service management workflows.
• Experience managing AWS Cloud projects.
