Manage and coordinate People and Culture initiatives across project lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers for People and Culture initiatives.
• Create and manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, and status reports.
• Track tasks, actions, and deadlines across various workstreams.
• Support requirements gathering and process mapping activities with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting projects or managing PMO activities, preferably in HR or organizational transformation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and working in iterative environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure governance compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
