You will lead and govern complex programs to drive successful delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with business and technology teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing dependencies and critical path milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Map current state processes and partner with owners to document and drive future optimizations.
• Drive change management efforts, including communications, tools, and training support for program implementation.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years in Program and Project Management.
• Proven focus on Business and Operations, Change Management, Process Mapping, and Training.
• Expertise in developing integrated project plans across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to synthesize large data volumes into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience building consensus and collaborating effectively across executive and cross-functional groups.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, including Agile.
• Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or Agile).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
