Description

You will manage strategic implementation projects from start to finish, driving process improvements and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic implementation initiatives.
• Drive problem resolution and influence process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and guide decision-making with partners on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead process documentation efforts across multiple departments to create formal playbooks and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or project management, or 9 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in functional project management and implementation delivery.
• Extensive experience with heavy documentation using PowerPoint and Visio.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Background working within the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and legislative processes, markets, and products.
• Experience in Fortune 500, consulting, or enterprise-level implementations.
• Understanding of product, marketing, and sales operations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
