Lead end-to-end delivery of complex financial applications in a multi-team landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle delivery of financial applications using Agile methodologies.
• Navigate technical dependencies across multiple teams and complex system integrations.
• Facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts to ensure project alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder communications.
• Design and implement business processes within specific functional areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering financial applications.
• 5+ years managing teams through Oracle or SAP implementations, Oracle EPM, or similar platforms.
• Practical application of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Knowledge of modern software development principles including APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with code management and test automation.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder and communication requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Certifications.
