Description

Lead cloud transformation and migration projects from planning through execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
• Lead on-premise to cloud migrations using 6R strategies including rehosting, re-platforming, and refactoring.
• Architect migration approaches and organize application inventories by criticality and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
• Deep expertise in AWS Landing Zone, Cloud Foundry, and large-scale migrations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using MS Project, Jira, or Trello for project tracking.
• Familiarity with application discovery and assessment tools like ServiceNow and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and SaaS integration.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
