Description

You will manage the planning, execution, and finalization of IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects, integrating business requirements and end-user input into the lifecycle.
• Lead project tasks, resources, and deliverables by collaborating with executive management, division directors, and IT staff.
• Manage project teams through leadership, supervision, training, and coaching using standard project management tools and templates.
• Coordinate directly with agency staff, vendors, and state agencies to fulfill IT project requirements.
• Apply project management best practices including risk, quality, and change management, and ensure compliance with State policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in change management and change control.
• Experience managing project risks, quality, and communications.
• Ability to lead and supervise cross-functional IT project teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Ability to pass a stringent background check including fingerprints.
