Description

You will lead project execution for accessibility compliance and risk assessment initiatives, managing VPAT and ACR reviews. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflows for VPAT and ACR reviews, ensuring timely delivery of accessibility analysis.
• Coordinate with IT, procurement, compliance, legal, and business teams to drive process improvements.
• Oversee documentation of accessibility risks, findings, and compliance gaps to ensure audit readiness.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies while supporting Technical Review Board processes.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure adherence to WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with a strong project management background.
• Proven experience managing compliance, governance, or accessibility-related projects.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 standards and Section 508 compliance requirements.
• Experience working with VPATs, ACRs, or digital accessibility initiatives.
• Excellent skills in risk management, documentation, and reporting.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Accessibility (CPACC, WAS, or similar).
• Experience in public sector, government, or higher education environments.
