Description

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, aligning technical activities with business objectives. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans, defining activities, milestones, RACI matrices, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external vendor teams to administer processes and ensure compliance.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments across dependent teams to validate, mitigate, and quantify impacts.
• Track time, cost, scope, and resources to provide insights into budget spend versus forecasts.
• Prepare status reports, analyze project data, and manage communications with senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience developing and managing RACI matrices.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Proficiency in tracking project budget, scope, and resource allocation.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendor teams.
• Strong capability in project data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and project meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
