Description

You will manage the Job Classification and Compensation project within the Talent Priority program, focusing on implementation strategies and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Connect recommendations to the current state to develop implementation plans, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Partner with Labor Relations and Compensation teams to finalize recommendations and implementation planning.
• Identify critical decision points and provide supporting analysis behind project recommendations.
• Support strategic approaches for bargaining compensation restructuring through phased implementation.
• Develop training content for job classification and compensation modules within the Leadership Academy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Direct experience managing Job Classification and Compensation projects.
• 5+ years of experience across HR functions, specifically organizational development, learning and development, and labor relations.
• Proven experience developing training content.
• Experience developing Job Classification and Compensation strategies and tactical plans.
• Knowledge of PMI methodologies and compensation strategies.
• B.S. or B.A. degree (or Associate degree plus 5 additional years of experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects in state, county, city governments, or the non-profit sector.
• PMI certification or other professional project management certification.
• Experience using WorkOtter.
