Description

Lead engineering projects through initiation, planning, implementation, and closeout phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and AR budget documentation.
• Create and deliver clear presentations on business cases, financials, and status summaries to leadership.
• Apply structured problem-solving techniques and engineering principles to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.
• Lead, guide, and coach internal functional and project team members.
• Multitask across multiple projects while actively participating in various team roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering and professional work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel.
• Strong project leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with project estimating, cost control, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of structured methods such as PMBOK, K-T (DA, PPA, RA), DESGN, and DMAIC.
• Excellent soft leadership, interpersonal, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to apply technical principles to designs and operations.

Preferred Skills

• MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent field.
• Professional Engineering Certification or PMI certification.
• Experience with Capital COE, equipment installation, commissioning, or facility design.
