Description

You will manage the development and implementation of crisis services, including 988, mobile crisis, virtual crisis care, and regional facilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day project activities with contracted vendors in partnership with the Division of Behavioural Health.
• Oversee project timelines and monitor budgets to ensure delivery within constraints.
• Coordinate project meetings and manage data collection activities.
• Complete required federal reports and conduct project evaluations to identify strengths and service gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing day-to-day project activities and vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to manage partnerships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in budget monitoring and timeline management.
• Capability to coordinate data collection and generate accurate reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in behavioral health or crisis service environments.
• Familiarity with federal reporting requirements for healthcare services.
