Description

You manage complex, highly integrated projects with technical components, driving delivery from planning through execution and UAT.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-level and detailed workflow diagrams, BRDs, and project documentation to define scope and roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing, including writing test scripts, resolving tickets, and leading triage calls.
• Track and mitigate project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies while reporting cross-portfolio impacts.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned and drive continuous process improvement across Sales and IT.
• Support organizational development activities, including training programs, workshops, and new joiner inductions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years total professional experience, with 4+ years managing complex projects with a technical component.
• Deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning, delivery, and release/change management.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies, including writing user stories and test scripts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for root cause analysis and actionable insights.
• Experience acting as a program management function for cross-functional initiatives within Sales.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• PMI/PMP or Agile certification.
