Description

You will lead project management and business analysis for cybersecurity solutions, acting as the single point of contact for clients and senior management. You will own the full project lifecycle, from initiation and requirement analysis to design, testing, and production go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, AS-IS/TO-BE documentation, and complete requirement analysis for cybersecurity projects.
• Coordinate with technology teams for design, development, infrastructure deployment, and testing.
• Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and act as the liaison between clients and developers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, capture project metrics, and mitigate risks throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure adherence to OEM best practices and coordinate with finance for accurate billing and resource utilization.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Project Management and Business Analysis within cybersecurity delivery.
• Comprehensive understanding of all SDLC phases and software systems.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Solid stakeholder management and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and productivity tools.
• B.Tech degree in ECE, EEE, IT, or CSE (Mandatory).
• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical project delivery.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CISA, or CISM certification.
• Understanding of COBIT standards.
