Description

You will drive IT projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards. You own the release pipeline, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Create and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules using Smartsheet.
• Facilitate team meetings, track progress, and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Manage ITIL Change Requests, RAID logs, and project risks to closure.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT environments.
• Practical usage of PMI Project Management methodologies.
• Experience managing Workplace Services, Service Desk, and Field Support operations.
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and Desktop Engineering standards.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for schedule and RAID management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to scope and budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and internal stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience obtaining signoffs at agreed milestones and phase gates.
• Background in developing and executing comprehensive Communications Plans.
