Description

You will manage large, complex projects across multiple product areas to ensure critical paths remain undisturbed.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules and plans including financial, resource, and material requirements.
• Own the project budget, margins, dependencies, risks, and schedule.
• Develop and present proposals and final agreements to stakeholders.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including the resolution of escalated issues.
• Mentor junior project managers and manage internal programs or network optimization services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of specific Project Management experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Agile Project Management skills and knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and client Workspace tools.
• Experience managing global stakeholders at Senior Manager or Director levels.
• Ability to lead meetings, present results, and conduct variance analysis.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Oracle Apps Technical knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Program Management for ongoing network optimization services.
