Description

You will lead large-scale enterprise implementations within state or federal frameworks, specifically the State of Texas Project Delivery Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level implementations adhering to State of Texas or similar federal project delivery standards.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Navigate and execute state procurement and contracting processes to ensure compliance.
• Utilize Jira and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools to track delivery and progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Direct experience with Salesforce implementations.
• Proven track record managing State of Texas or similar federal/state projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira for issue tracking and workflow management.
• Deep understanding of State of Texas Project Delivery Frameworks.
• Experience with state procurement and contracting procedures.
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) environments.
• PMP certification.
• ACP or Scrum Master certification.
