Description

You will lead large-scale manual and automation testing efforts for enterprise-level software implemented within state court systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with project timelines.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of manual testers and automation experts, including performance evaluations and professional development.
• Oversee test case design, execution, defect tracking, and maintenance of automated test scripts.
• Monitor progress against testing milestones to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Establish QA standards and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale testing efforts for enterprise-level software.
• Proven track record of planning and executing testing for state or government-level implementations.
• Deep understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Jira, TestNG, and LoadRunner.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build systems.
• Strong expertise in resource allocation, scope definition, and delivery management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex testing teams and initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state court system implementations.
